Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality is quite good, but the flask does not keep cold water cold with either the chug cap or the flex straw cap. The straw is quite awkward in the mouth… too big, really. Quite disappointing, especially the poor insulating capability. I cannot recommend this product.
