Why We Like The Brooks Ghost 16 Shoe
To make asphalt disappear underfoot, we lace into the Brooks Ghost 16 Shoe. This iteration features the ultralight, ultra-soft DNA Loft v3 midsole foam that takes the brunt of every strike without weighting our stride. Brooks shaved even more weight off by updating the outsole's rubber zones with a stronger compound that let them thin it out without sacrificing durability.

Best Ghost Yet
I'm heavyset with a ton of joint and back issues. I'm trying to get back in the swing of things and currently walk about 20 miles a week. The new Ghost 16's are like walking on a dense, stable, cloud. They feel so nice, they encouraged me to throw in some intermittent jogging without pain.

Shoe is great you don't have enough stock in other colors

Sizing no accurate
Sizing is not accurate, I ordered my normal wide size and was too small in length and width. The 15s I had were same size and fit perfect.

Amazing fitness shoes
These are hands down one of the best fitness shoes I've owned. I've gone threw quite a few different types of shoes from Nike, to the rock project etc. These are amazing!

The Ghost 16 is ok. But just ok. And that is too bad.
The Ghost 16 is ok. It seems to sacrifice some stability for more cushion, which may be preferable to some people. This did not work for me at all, resulting in new discomfort in my feet and knees ( and that continued after 2-3 weeks of break in runs. This equally notably resolved upon returning to a new pair of Ghost 15’s. Also, there seem to be some subtle contour changes to the tow box which change the fit in a meaningful way that does not work for me - just a bit smaller in fit (or maybe this is variance in quality control?) The Ghost 15 is imperfect but it is a better overall shoe. Period. I am planning to purchase several pairs of Ghost 15’s now to get me through the interval to Ghost 17 (hoping for a more favorable design direction at that point). Otherwise it will be time to start from scratch, to include considering other brands.

I’m not a runner, but walk in these shoes. Very supportive. Very comfortable.

A great option.
A lightweight, comfortable running shoe. I went with the ghost max simply because I was looking for maximum comfort.

Ghost 16
The shoes are comfy but the sides wrinkle and distort the look of the shoe. Other than that I'm pleased.

Favorite pair
I thought my last Brooks were comfortable. But these are by far the comfiest pair I own. My favorite pair of Brooks thus far!
