Why We Built The All Around 60L Duffel
We designed the All Around 60L Duffel to handle cross-country road trips, airport bag handlers, and all our pursuits along the way. The two mesh lid pockets keep our smaller essentials from getting lost in the fray, while the built-in dry bag keeps our sweat-logged running clothes from infecting tomorrow's bike kit. With a newly padded base, this duffel helps protect our finer gearâwatch, GPS, mini bar stashâfrom the jostles and slams of travel.

Your new goto duffel
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
New goto for my riding (MTB) gear or travel duffel for a long weekend. Sizable duffel that can handle all of my mtn bike gear. Thick material looks to be extremely durable, and the detachable backpack straps are a huge bonus. The all black is a Gucci as it gets

Perfect duffel bags are needed for this dude to hit the mountains đď¸ each month helping people. Iâm a proud owner of epic pagucci (Patagonia black hole 55) itâs 10/10 -but I needed bigger and the backcountry is 4 âď¸ so far - will know after this trip!

Better than a Black Hole Bag!!!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These bags are so well made. Sturdier than a Patagonia Black Hole Duffel. I love all of the pockets. The loops are great for clipping gear on. The colors are great! This is my second one. I bought my first for ski boots and gear. This one I use for travel. Itâs perfect for a week long trip.

Wanted to Like; But Functional Issues
- Size Bought:
- 60l
- Height:
- 6' 2"
- Weight:
- 175
I really wanted to like this bag but there are too many functional issues. PROS * GOOD MATERIAL. Material seems sturdy. Believe this bag will last. * COLOR PATTERNS. Unique and vibrant color options. * SIZEABLE POCKETS. Large side pockets (helpful for things like keeping gym shoes separate CONS 1) STRAP CLIPS CONSTANTLY FALL OFF. The clips that hold the long straps together keep popping out. Every other time I use the bag I essentially have to reclip the end of at least one set of straps. I see at least one other user is having this issue 2) STRAP SETUP. I wish there was the option for one strap across the bag so you could carry the bag with one strap diagonal across your chest like many duffel bags. However, the relatively thin straps that come with the bag are not conducive to this approach or comfortable enough for this. Your options are either to hold the bag with one hand using the short straps or carry the duffel bag like a backpack. For the bigger bags (60L+) this is too burdensome. I strongly suggest Backcountry better design the strap for comfort and allow a single strap approach. Overall Backcountry has a way to go before making this a top notch item.

Great but strap buckle keeps falling out
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This is a great duffle and perfect for my travel needs. I love the durability and organization of pockets (separate shoe compartment is amazing). However, since the first use, one of the backpack strap buckles keeps falling out. I'm not sure if it's a defect but would love to receive a replacement strap to test the theory.

Do NOT buy this bag, it wonât last.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
The only reason there are any positive reviews for this bag is that the reviewers havenât used the bag yet. The stitching at the zipper on the end pocket of the bag failed. Not only does this render the zipper useless but the end of the bag will soon follow. Not at all durable or reliable.

ALL AROUND DUFFLE
EXCELLENT. I BOUGHT THE 40L AND 60L. WATERPROOF,, HEAVY DUTY, STRONG ZIPPERS, HANDELS ON ALL SIDES, STURDY, HEAVY DUTY HANDLES, LOOPS ON THE OUTSIDE TO HAND STUFF ON. 40 L IS A GREAT GYM BAG, THE 60L ALLOWS FOR MORE GEAR, BOTH BAGS ARE WELL BALANCED.

Most Excellent!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This bag is amazing. It is rugged, spacious, and big enough for holding a boatload of mountain bike gear including helmets, tools, clothing, and food. My only complaint is that when the backpack is full of bulky gear, the backpack straps are uncomfortable, and I wish it had a single shoulder strap. Otherwise, great bag. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Durable and travel friendly!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I chose the white bag as it stands out and is easy to distinguish. Travels well and I love the removable backpack straps! I also love the molle straps for attachments like a water bottle or other random things. Inner pockets are easy to access and allow some better organization of smaller travel gear. Compression straps also double as a spot to strap other gear/blankets onto for carrying additional things! Bag is durable, can travel in a truck bed, handle some elements (nothing too aggressive, just unpredictable highway weather).
