Why We Like The ZERO BREEZE Mark 2

Our campsites can get pretty steamy in the summer, but the ZERO BREEZE Mark 2 comes to the rescue with portable air conditioning for our camper, van, or tent. The dual cylinder compressor cranks out cold air quietly, powered by portable batteries to provide home-like comfort at our home away from home. That's a luxury we can afford in order to get better sleep in the great outdoors.

Overlanding luxury

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I was lucky to have the opportunity to test out the Zero Breeze portable AC unit on a few overland adventures this summer. Traveling with 2 dogs poses lots of challenges, especially in the heat of Summer. The Zero Breeze allowed us to leave the pups in the truck while grabbing lunch and running errand etc. By keeping my trucks rear window open I can run the cool air hose to the interior keeping them cool and the unit out of their way. They were big fans! With most of our camping in 2024 being at high elevations with fairly cool temps at night, we haven't needed to run it through the tent at night. Moab in the summer is a different story though. I'm excited to make a trip down there now that we have the ability stay cool at night. While the unit isn't crazy large or heavy it does take up some precious space on a camping trip. The tradeoff though is well worth it because of the freedom, especially as dog owners.
