The Whispbar Through Bar Rack Kit comes in two kit options. The full kit includes two crossbars, four towers with SKS locks, and four SmartFoot mounts with cushioning pads. The half kit comes with one crossbar, two towers with SKS locks, and two SmartFoot mounts with cushioning pads.
