WORST shopping experience EVER!!!

so disappointed! sunglass arrived with one lens in the box, frame swung open on one side, with one screw missing, and missing two side shields!! clearly this is an open box return! Very disgusted about your quality control and allow this item to be shipped out like this, please process full refund immediately! it's disgraceful to make me pay $6.99 for return shipping! Chat Agent Jacob S. took my order # and never responded back, that was 30 minutes ago!! I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!
