Great tent,
What would make this great, make vestibule area into a screen tent

Loved the vestibule feature

Bought this tent for a trip to Scotland and I couldn't be happier with it. The vestibule was a great feature to leave wet gear to dry or your shoes so you didn't have to take them into the tent. Help up to close to 30mph + wind gusts and prevailing rains. 10/10 would recommend.

fragile
After seeing the raintesting and seam-taping reviews on youtube, I was extremely excited to invest in this tent because I always get caught in the rain. The main issue is durability; I used it for one trip and came up with a few concerns as the zipper was getting caught and my tent has immediately sprung three small holes not protected by the rain fly. I am very cautious with my belongings, especially ones that are this expensive. I do environmental circle checks at my campsites, and I orient the tent most safely, avoiding dead trees in proximity and clean the interior and exterior with each use. I contacted the warranty claim people, and they do not believe it to be a defect. I wish I had known beforehand that the tent was this fragile, as I have not had this issue previously with my cheaper Coleman tents except further in their lifecycle where it's expected.

Perfect size for our family of 3

The only reason we don't rate this a 5 is the back door. To keep it vented, you roll the solid part down on the outside. It accumulated a TON of pine needles. Also there is a pin hole visible in the vestibule sexton of the fly. Other than that, we can both stand up inside with a queen air mattress inflated. The vestibule is so great! It's big enough for everyone to get out of the rain while waiting to get in the tent. The only thing we want to add is a footprint that covers the whole thing so we have a place to dry our feet after walking through wet grass.

So so

Tent is so so. It fits 4 REI Camp Dreamer XL inflatable mattresses, 78inx30in, with about 12inx18in to spare for any extra items. Good height so my family can all stand up. The front vestibule is a good size for all the other gear you have. Unfortunately the ground cover doesn’t seem to exist so you’ll have to buy a different brand’s version. Tent seems sturdy except the pole that pushes the front of the tent door forward is already bent. I didn’t do anything crazy or torque any poles hard.

love it

We upgraded from our 4 person and it is great. Best feature is the standing height in the interior. Porch feature will be great for needed shade on super sunny/hot days.

Dry

Got this tent for my wife and small daughter for a camping trip in NW Washington. We all fit very comfortably and the tent was a breeze to set up. During the trip we were rained on for 4 days straight, all day and night, unfortunately but we stayed completely dry when in the tent. Also the large vestibule allowed us to keep shoes and gear dry outside the entrance. Very impressed so far.

Make another version please
I wish they'd make a 3 season option with full length fly with the old style second vestibule and closeable venting. Great tent and size but cold and breezy when the temps start to dip. Would love to use this tent well into the fall season comfortably, could even put a stove jack in the vestibule and really extend the usability.

Nice tent, awful poles
Tent is great, but a pole was broken. Trying to get a replacement part is a huge, annoying hassle. They should sell individual replacement poles but do not,

I would buy this tent again
Camped for 3 weeks, tent and Vestibule very spacious. Heavy rain & wind resistance. All dry. Only downside, the door that goes in the tent is half screened .
