Mid-high support protects your ankles, tough suede and ballistic textile fend off trail hazards and, when the sky opens up, a waterproof breathable membrane keeps your toes dry. Button this light-and-fast boot up with the claw-like traction of a Vibram sole and you'll find it all too easy to drag a multi-day pack through the mountains.

- Gore-Tex waterproof breathable membrane protects your foot from moisture outside (foul, wet weather) and allows sweaty moisture inside your boot to escape to the outside
- Boot last has a medium-volume shape, it's narrower in the heel and achilles for control, and it features a roomier forefoot and tapered toebox to accommodate thicker hiking socks and swollen toes
- Ventilation from ballistic mesh helps keep your foot cool, and the tough nubuck leather upper shrugs off sharp rocks and trail hazards
- Northotic Pro footbed uses upgraded EVA material and a cushioned, Poron ReSource heel to soak up impact
- Cradle heel cushioning and SR2 insole board provide support for carrying heavy loads but still allow for enough response so you can feel the trail below your feet
