We like The North Face Trail Lite 50L Backpack for its long-lasting, comfortable, and easy-to-organize design that ensures our backpacking trip runs smoothly. The durable recycled nylon and polyester fabrics both feature DWR treatment to keep water from damaging our gear, which we easily load into our bag with the cinch-top opening. Several pockets along the exterior and hipbelt store smaller items we want in reach for a quick grab while on the go, while a large zippered compartment is dedicated to storing our sleeping bag.

I bought mine in 1993. It's traveled on camel,train etc 30yr
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 30 years ago I bought mine and it's been around the world 5-6 times on trains, planes, motorcycles, camels, boats, horses etc... Buying a new one now as I'm old and it's old and heavy . The new ones are half the weight. Thank you north face. You might want mine for display as I was in Damascus VA this year and vendors were shocked to see it and the hundreds of plane, bus etc wrappers on it.
