Didn't withstand the rain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had wanted to love this product. I was heading off to London and Scotland in May and I knew rain would be in the forecast. I bought this specifically as I also needed a Spring/Fall coat. It did nothing to prevent water from seeping in. It didn't "roll off". I looked at the inside of the coat and the interior was wet. Yes, I did not feel my clothes being wet, but knowing that the jacket WAS getting wet, I was highly disappointed. The reason it does get 3 stars as it is very stylish, love the pockets, and the two way zipper. I will also say that my right pocket with the zipper had the zipper come off track and unable to put back in. This now stops me from being able to put items in that pocket and zip it up. I enjoy The North Face's clothes, but I guess my expectations was too high.

A Win for NF Warranty Program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely in love with the style & fit of this jacket. I had a small issue with the snaps making rust stains on the fabric after getting wet. North Face has an excellent warranty program though and I got a replacement without much hassle.

One size up...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this jacket...initially I got a XL but it couldn't accommodate the girls so I went one size up...perfection! Feels more like a winter coat but I'm sure it'll handle rain like a champ. Glad I went up a size because some reviews mentioned the arms being short...not a problem with mine!

I would buy this jacket again and again.

I loved the color, fabric, pockets, hood, and length. Did I mention the pockets? Now for what made me return it. The sleeves were too short. How they also attached was not working for what I needed it for. I bought for hunting and hiking but when trying to lift my arms or having a pack on it was very restrictive. If one is just wearing in an urban setting or won't need to do a bunch of arm raising it would be perfect.

I would definitely buy this product again and even as a gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buttons and zipper work fantastic on windy/raining days. The hood is big enough so it won't mess up your hair before getting to work. It's light enough to wear on rainy days that are not cold days.

So big! Weird fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the two smallest sizes to see what would work, and both of them were too big! I'm not an exceedingly tiny human- like 5'4" and 120. Felt weird that they didn't make anything small enough. The fit was also totally different than it looked online!

Pockets galore!

Great Raincoat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this raincoat. In the fall it's perfect for a rainy day in NYC. In the winter months all that's needed is a fleece under and it can probably withstand the NYC winter.
