There's always been sort of a battle between technical performance and style when it comes to outerwear. It seems like you can have a lot of one or a lot of the other, but never a lot of both. That is, until The North Face Women's Baker Delux Jacket stepped onto the field. That's right—this jacket is packing so much performance and so much style that The North Face couldn't even fit the 'e' on the end of the word 'deluxe.' Does that mean the Baker Delux packs a punch? You betcha!

The Baker Delux features a polyester herringbone shell with a waterproof breathable HyVent 2-layer laminate. Inside, you'll find toasty Heatseeker synthetic insulation, which is highly compressible and extremely durable. This body-mapped insulation (meaning there's more where you need it most) also packs a ridiculously high warmth-to-weight ratio. The jacket comes equipped with an adjustable, detachable hood, two zippered hand pockets, an internal media pocket, and adjustable cuff tabs to lock out icy drafts and snow. The jacket also includes zippered underarm vents to allow you to quickly regulate your core temperature, a wrist accessory pocket with an included goggle wipe, and an internal goggle pocket to protect your eyewear. For the finishing touch to this long-cut streetwear-style jacket, The North Face added removable faux fur to the hood and lined it with floral-print taffeta.
