This versatile helmet is certified as a ski & snowboard helmet as well as a mountaineering helmet, giving you appropriate protection for vertical ascents and powdery descents alike. The ABS thermoplastic shell offers high impact resistance at a low weight, while Composite Drop Impact Protection technology offers targeted protection from any falling objects you might face on icy cliff faces and steep climbs. The EPS foam liner is outfitted with Impact Shields for added shock absorption and distribution of impact force to protect sensitive areas like the front and back of the head. You've got vents from the front to the back of the helmet to keep you cool on strenuous skintrack climbs, a headlamp mount for early morning missions, and an audio compatible system for those times when your trek needs a soundtrack. The ear flaps are removable when it warms up a bit, and the performance interior is easy to adjust thanks to the Occigrip turn-dial fit system.
