THE BEST FOR OFF-ROAD

I've been using this on my MTB and gravel bikes for the last 2 years. So much better than others I've ran before. Does well on dirty and wet days - unlike others... Make the switch if you haven't. But also make sure to clean your chain before each application...

Fantastic Lube, Keeps my Bike Clean

This lube is phenomenal. I ride a lot of sandy and muddy trails in florida, and other lines wet and dry pick up all that crud and turn my drivetrain black and nasty. No such problems with this wax lube. Apply to a clean drivetrain and let it sit overnight to dry, and it stays clean a long time and keeps things nice and quiet. Nothing sticks to it because it's essentially dry wax once the water in it evaporates, so you won't have all the trail crud getting sucked into your chain and gears and turning to liquid sand paper. It will also help your drivetrain last a lot longer because of this feature. I've gone through 3 bottles so far with no issues no matter the conditions. 10/10 recommend!

My off road lube of choice

Squirt was really trendy when it came out years ago. Now there's lots of liquid-wax style lubes like it, but this is still my go-to! I prefer it off road, where a lot of dust and dirt can accumulate on my chain. The dirt does not stick around and gunk up your drivetrain if you use Squirt. With a bit of water and soap all the grime rinses right off, too! Don't degrease or you'll ruin the wax layer you've built up. Its not the all-time best at straight-up lubricating, so I find myself re-applying ever 50ish miles, or after a big ride. On road, I find that it accumulates a different, greasier kind of dirt. I prefer regular lube that I can degrease regularly for that use. I would NOT use this on a bike that you plan to both use on a trainer and ride outdoors. You'll notice that darker, hardened grease accumulating nearby as it flies off your cassette. PRO TIP: Squirt is thick stuff. Heat it in a mug of water just off the boil. Bonus points for preheating your chain with a hairdryer so it all sinks in. Let the product dry completely before riding.
