Great until they fell apart

These boots were really warm and I was enjoying them. They didn't even last a season. The rubber separated and caused water to get in. Sorel has a 1-year warranty but they want you to pay to ship them back. . .

Love these, so warm and comfortable, and great tread. I normally wear size 8, wish I had ordered 8.5 to fit thick socks, but I havent worn them in winter yet so maybe they'll be so warm I won't need thick socks.

Ultimate snow shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever wonder why kids’ snow boots look like these? Because without a doubt, the design works! I know they are bulky and they look like tanks but with the right outfit and attitude, these are actually adorable boots! They’re chunky. I like that it has liners. It’s one of those boots that you can slip on and off, with or without socks. I like wearing these especially when I expect to spend most of the time outdoors. No more freezing toes!

Functional snow boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you need a warm functional snow boot this is it! The drawstring on top keeps out snow and keeps your legs warm! Super cute with black leggings too. Wish there were more color options though.

Warm boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very warm boot! I would go a size up from what you normally wear though. I work outside and this boot is perfect for our very cold winters in Minnesota. It wasn’t bulky or heavy but very protective from the elements! Rain, or snow or below zero windshield

Finally warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally found a winter boot that keeps my feet warm, great in icy conditions too.

Actually warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pair of these boots. I wear them in extreme weather on my horse ranch. They are waterproof, easy to get on and off and incredibly warm. They are clunky, but that’s ok because the warmth is worth it.

If ur a half size order down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice boots, heavy duty but I usually wear a five and a half so I order the size 6 and it was to big! Then sorel told me to return it and just order the boot I wanted, disappointing

Great for 3+ feet of snow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these boots, they're lighter than the Caribou, and even warmer. I live in the mountains with several feet of snow, and the drawstring prevents any snow from sneaking in my boot. Highly recommend for someone that needs a very functional boot. I'm a 6.5 in everything, so I ordered the 7 and they are perfect with a thick sock.

For Deep Snow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this boot (in white when they had it a few years back) to walk through 2’ of snow or more when roads weren’t plowed or doing deep snow shoveling. It’s my go to boot for deep cold snowy conditions. I’m a 6.5 measured foot, typically purchase Sorel shoes and boots in 6.5, this size 6 fits very roomy. I like that it comes up higher than my other snow/rain Sorel boots but it’s not a very attractive boot and it feels/sounds pretty clunky. It’s also heavy so wearing it for snow shoeing is exhausting and hot but wearing it to get through snow without snowshoes it’s a champ! On that note, don’t expect great traction on slick white snow glazed roads, you’ll still need to get some metal treads to pull over the soles to help avoid slipping...even then snow packed roads are just slick as snot and unless you’re wearing a studded sole (yes, there are sneakers made like that), tread lightly and be super cautious. If you need a warm boot to stay outdoors in all day or night, this boot can’t be beat. It can be overkill to wear when going out for dinner at night in snowy conditions. It’s more of a utility snow boot.
