Great idea
Too hard to add mp3 files. Not a lot of people own them any more. It would be nice to have type application like iTunes style mp3 file library

Useful but limited product
I am disappointed that I cannot download mp4 recordings. This limitation is the reason for its low rating. Also, the headphones cannot be used wearing a swim cap over the ears; otherwise they will not stay on your head.

My only complaint is that
My only complaint is that the headphone buttons are the same color as the headgear. Difficult to find for people with vision issues. Red buttons would be great!

Not as simple to use as described in ads.
I’ve had my Shocks for a couple of weeks and not been able to figure out how to get music on them. The easy part is moving a file to the Shocks MP3 device. The difficulty is creating the file. Shokz is assuming everyone knows how to do that. Perhaps the younger generation has it figured out but not this senior citizen.

changing the life of the distance swimmer
This will change the life of the distance swimmer who spends a lot of time in the water. It makes the time go by. Distance swimming for me was not so much the physical aspect, but the boredom. Open Swim has opened up my ears and mind to a new way to swim!

No Bluetooth unless you get the pro version
The website didn’t clearly differentiate the 2 types. These are only good for swimming with 4 mb of storage.

Headphones are usually a burden
Headphones are usually a burden to me. They cannot stay iny ears; it doesn't matter how small it is. When I discovered Shokz I was so happy first of all it doesn't go into my ears, it is very comfortable, the sound is clear, listen to music on the headphone 🎧 is really awesome and above all it is waterproof. I recommend this product.
