Sea to Summit's Ember EB II Sleeping Bag meets the minimalist standards of ultralight backpackers, alpinists, and touring cyclists. Packed full of 850-fill Ultra-Dry Down insulation and weighing just over a pound, the Ember has a phenomenal warmth-to-weight ratio and stays warm enough to late spring, summer, and early fall backcountry trips.
Sea to Summit treated the Ember's down insulation to resist moisture, remain lofty, and retain its warmth in humid, moist conditions. The quilt's bottom has a drawcord and press studs to create a snug footbox so your legs don't slip out in the middle of the night. Four adjustable straps secure your sleeping pad so you don't slip and slide off your pad.

Very light, very comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t been able to camp with it yet but did use it for hammock sleeping on my porch. It was wonderful. Very warm and very very comfortable. Incredibly light. The foot box was great for keeping my toes warm all night. Slept great and had no issues waking up and have to adjust for cold spots or anything. Highly recommend.

warm and cozy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being as comfortable as possible and as light as possible is very important to me. this quilt is the perfect solution. I run hot and cold all night. Having a quilt gives me the flexibility to easily throw off the cover then pull it back on and feel cozy.

Very Warm & Comfortable so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 50 degree version and I have yet to use it outside. It's super-compact, high-quality and has kept me warm and toasty while testing my sleep system on my floor where my house it 60 degrees. It packs down super-small and feels like it weighs almost nothing. I am a new camper and am hoping this fits the bill for bike packing and possibly a 7-day ride across Iowa.

Always Warm enough
Ember 3 is my go to quilt for my Backpacking trips. So far it's been with me out for over 200 nights including a PCT thruhike. I've never used a liner and i've never been cold. Just like any quilt you gotta make sure you don't have draft's when it's cold. I am a bit sad that the footbox is closed that sometimes makes for real warm feet but anything else is great about it

I wasn't sure about a
I wasn't sure about a quilt with the straps. But this is amazing. Clearly this isn't meant for intense Alpine adventure but great for any Summer/Spring trip. Packs so small and lightweight v a bag. I feel less like I will slip off my air mat. Great loft. Feels more like sleeping with a comforter at home. Pair it with a liner on cooler nights

Super small but super warm
I am a warm sleeper, and I’d rather bring more layers than a bulky bag and liner and with my long hair I don’t love hoods. So this is perfect for me as a all weather bag! It pack’s small as heck! And for a 25 bag is so light and springs so full of 800 down in minutes!

This is the most comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable sleeping bag i've had. It's soft and comfortable. The way it fits over their sleeping pads is genious.
