Why We Like The Sea To Summit Ascent Sleeping Bag
The Sea to Summit Ascent lightweight backpacking bag impresses us with its premium down, relaxed mummy shape, and versatile zipper system. It features 19.4 ounces of responsibly sourced, 750-fill duck down that's treated with a durable water repellent to minimize the risk of moisture ruining our bag's lofty insulation. Vertical baffles in the chest prevent the insulation from shifting away from our core while an oversized hood and draft collar seal in our body heat to keep us safe down to 15 degrees. We also like the relaxed mummy shape, which gives us a little more to room while still minimizing weight and bulk for easier packing. Finally, the bag's Free-Flow trip zip system lets us fold down the top third of the bag for maximum ventilation, ventilate our feet, open the bag fully for more comforter-like use, or pair with women-specific right-hand zip models, such as the Sea to Summit Altitude, Journey, and Venture sleeping bags.

Ascent down sleeping bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No review yet, backcountry trip in a few weeks The bag is definitely well made, expensive, but good things aren’t cheap and cheap things aren’t good

All I Ever Wanted!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Don't fence me in" as the song goes, and this awesome bag does NOT! Large zippered foot box allows my feet to be free! Zippered side vents for air, sweet air!! Snaps at shoulders that hold the bag (and excellent liner) up so you can make breakfast!!!! The hood is so cozy!! You will be able to customize your sleeping just like at home!! Leg out is too cold, but just the foot is perfect!!

Ascent sleeping bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best sleeping bag I’ve ever owned. I love the fact that both sides and feet unzip for ventilation. It fits just as the website said it did length wise, plenty of room for me being a larger guy. There is also a pocket inside that fits my phone perfect but if you had an iPhone max it probably wouldn’t fit

The best of the best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down the best sleeping bag on the planet. If I was ever cold this is the bag I would want with me. The packaging is great. It folds down so little so it can go anywhere. So lightweight and durable. 10 out of 10 hands down the best!! Very durable and comfortable.

A fabulous sleeping bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as you open the bag this feels like a high quality sleeping bag. The material is super soft and doesn’t sound scratchy so it’s not noisy when rolling over. The down lining is very warm so like it says it will be perfect for cold weather camping. The versatility of all of the zippers and openings make this not only a sleeping bag but a comfy blanket or almost coat that could be easily worn sitting by the campfire. I love the fact that it comes with both a compact bag for traveling and a storage bag as that allows for both easy travel and storage.

Warmth, Durability, Packability. 💚
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Sea to Summit Ascent Down Sleeping Bag Unisex for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review, and I couldn't be happier with it! No more renting gear when my husband and I go camping on Catalina Island or explore the parks in California. First and foremost, the comfort of this sleeping bag is unparalleled. It feels incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep even in cooler temperatures. The insulation is top-notch, keeping me warm without overheating, which is perfect for the varying climates we encounter on our trips. In terms of durability, the quality of the materials used is evident. It’s built to withstand the rigors of outdoor adventures and has held up beautifully against rough terrain and frequent use. Additionally, the sleeping bag's versatility is a huge plus. It adapts well to different sleeping conditions, making it a reliable companion whether we’re in a tent or under the stars. The packaging was also impressive. It came compactly packed, making it easy to store and transport without taking up too much space in our gear. Overall, I highly recommend the Sea to Summit Ascent Down Sleeping Bag for anyone looking to enhance their camping experience with comfort, durability, and versatility.
