They made this cut to small

This is a cute coat I got an XL I do fit it but it?s tight I have to return it so sad they made their coats small and XL is like a medium it is warm I wore it once Bc I did want it but I can?t pay $400 for a coat and can?t move do better SAM. Size D cup it did zip but it?s tight
