Great flask that fits into pulse belt
I bought this flask to fit into a pulse belt. Firstly, I found it best not to fill it full of water and leave some air in it so you can squish it into the belt. It is the perfect size for shorter runs and don't really notice it in the belt when I'm running. Unfortunately I have also found that it leaves the water with that plastic taste but I have found that a common issue with my hydration vest bottles and bladder.
