beautiful color not high quality

I got this jacket mainly for the color. It is our high school orange color. However, I haven't even worn it more than a dozen times and it ripped. I'm highly disappointed. There is not option to contact company to repair. Now this pretty colored jacket ripped. this jacket gets holes easily. not non ripstop. I bought a larger size than i need. I usually buy small. Medium, I swim in, but I liked the color.

I got the jacket to wear under my shell for skiing. It works great. It runs a full size large vs their size chart. Medium was huge and small is good with plenty of room.
