Best Sun Shirt on the Market

The fabric on this shirt is the best I've found, super light weight and breathable, so it works perfectly on the hottest days. The fit is wonderful; plenty long in the sleeves and body. The hood fits perfectly and even covers the chin if needed. Love the ponytail hole! This is my go-to sun shirt!

Super lightweight sun hoodie

The hoodie is made of a super lightweight and soft fabric; I've worn it in the field a couple times, the hood works well to keep the sun off my neck and face, but the fabric has gotten a couple pulls from bush whacking through thick understory growth.

No exaggeration

Not gonna lie, I wasn't sure this hoodie was going to live up to the reviews, but it does. It *is* somehow cooler than bare skin in hot weather. I also wasn't sure about the fit before ordering. I don't like things tight. I'm a 36B and the large fits perfectly. It skims without being clingy or constricting, and is surprisingly flattering. The rhubarb color is especially sharp!

An amazing sun shirt!

Not only is the cut absolutely flattering but this shirt actually cools you down. I almost wanted to throw away all my other sun shirts because non come close to the comfort and protection this one provides.

Softest, most comfortable sunshirt I own

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Buying another one. Super fast drying even in the humid gulf coast climate. I wore it on a boat for sun protection. It was so comfortable and did not make me hot (ter than I would have been) and may have actually kept me cooler by keeping the sun off.

My everything hoodie...

This is my new everything hoodie. You'll catch me biking, hiking, and doing trail work in this. I'll even wear it to the office. An all-around great piece that is flattering and functional.

Great versatile layer

Wore this sun hoodie on a recent backpacking trip, it kept me very comfortable while moving. Super lightweight, but doesn't feel fragile. Love the style of the hood and the thumb holes. Excited to try it out in warmer weather.

Most breathable sun hoodie I've tried

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Size Bought:
Large

I have worn this hoodie on three hikes since I received it. Of the two other brands I own, this is by far the most breathable and most comfortable fabric, and has become my new favorite. It is also much less see-through than I expected, and launders well. Be sure to go by the size chart! I didn't; I just ordered the same size (large) as my other two hoodies expecting the same fit. This size large is a TRUE size large, and even the sleeves are long on me (for reference, I'm 5'3" 135#). This is my new favorite hoodie, even though it's big on me!

Love this shirt, wish it was in different colors!!

I've had my echo sun hoody for at least 4 years and it's still one of my go-to adventure shirts. Love the ponytail opening and breathable yet protective material. I've hiked in this shirt anywhere from 1 mi to 20+ in a day. I only wish OR would make the women's shirt in some muted earthy tones (like the men's) !! I would keep buying them, but I'm sick of neon and grey!
