Beautiful but runs SO TINY!!!

I am 5'4", 122 lbs, 35.5" bust, 30" waist, broad shoulders. I have an Obermeyer ski suit in size 4 that fits beautifully so I ordered this in size 6 thinking I'd have a little extra room to layer over sweaters. I could barely get it on over a thin baselayer! I would probably need at least a 10 to be able to move my arms freely. The jacket is very pretty, love the tall pillowy collar and the belt.
