Drive Snowboard Binding

Designed with direct feedback from legendary backcountry rippers Jeremy Jones and Devun Walsh, the Now Drive Snowboard Binding lives for burly backcountry lines and all-terrain freestyle mayhem. This binding is built upon the same foundation as the Now IPO Binding, but it adds a taller highback that's 40% more rigid with much more lateral support, courtesy of a lateral hook. This allows for increased response when carving down the mountain or launching off large jumps. The highbacks can also be taken off and ridden in Noback mode, allowing you to have a more surf-like feel when carving through powder.

Featuring Now's revolutionary Skate-Tech, the Drive Binding isn't built upon a traditional binding chassis, but instead features a hanger that sits on a pivoting kingpin. This allows the binding to transfer energy much like a skateboard truck does. Initiating toe side and heel side turns becomes much more fluid and natural, as the kingpin acts like a fulcrum, magnifying your energy response when carving from edge to edge. The bushings which sit within the kingpin are available in a medium (45 shore) and hard (55 shore) durometer/hardness, allowing you to fine-tune the amount of give you'd like when riding.

Adding additional versatility, an asymmetrical ankle strap is loaded with Flip It convenience, allowing you to interchange your ankle strap between your left and right binding. This enables you to customize the fitment for either freestyle mobility or a more responsive feel, well suited for freeriding. A 3-D toe strap wraps around the front of your boot, sucking your boot into the binding for a high level of support.
