Nikiwax Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the Tech Wash and TX Direct worked great on my gore-tex jackets and pants! Gear looks new and still performs the same. I do wish there were better instructions. I had to look up multiple videos on what settings to wash my gear in.

Waterproofing you can see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just washed my all my gear in this combo. The tech wash got my gear almost brand new and squeaky clean! Then ran all the fear through with the TX Direct. I could literally see the water bead on each garment. WATERPROOFED and ready for next season!!

A must for winter snowboarding gear

This cleaner and treatment is a must for any winter jackets or other hardshells used hiking or other outdoor activities. I make sure to clean and treat all my gear at the end of the season before packing it away. The only downside to using this is that one package will treat only a few articles but it’s easy to use. You need to plan for spending half a day doing this as you need to run it through twice. Once you get everything cleaned and treated it’s just a waiting game for all the gear to air dry.

The only true option

Well, its Nikwax product which does exactly what it claims by cleaning your technical gear and restoring its waterproof properties, etc. There is only one option to care for your tech gear... this is it.

Great results!

The product works well. That being said, it does take two separate washes (one to clean and one to waterproof) and a dry so it takes some time. Worth it in the end.

Mikey likes it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me likey. Wash it in a bucket not in the washing machine and you'll get better results, it won't get as diluted, and you won't have to use as much product
