6 days of great sleep
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I bought this for a cycling trip across the state of Missouri. Nights were chilly but I wasn't thanks to this sleeping pad & my sleeping bag. Sleeping pad was very comfortable with little noise when shifting. Made for comfortable nights.

A Cozy Car Camping Pad!
I own the Quasar and Tensor sleeping pads by Nemo. The Quasar is slightly heavier and a bit larger so it is more of my go to car camping pad. It has a bevel shape that holds the body in the center and I never slide off of it in the night. I am a frequent tossing and turning type at night. It has a good thickness and keeps your body up from the ground. Highly recommend for car camping!

Comfortable and durable
This is a great sleeping pad for family camping! Kids aren't as gentile with gear, and this pad sacrifices a small amount of weight and packing size to provide a lot more durability and comfort. I definitely think the trade off is worth it!

Comfortable pad!
I purchased this pad to use more as a car camping sleeping pad. I have the Tensor for backpacking as it’s lighter and packs smaller. The quiz are is an incredibly comfortable pad. I have used it on multiple camping trips, and various different types of weather while I have not taken it into extreme cold, it has been on nights in the high 30s. This has kept me warm with no issue. Recently, I had to utilize the pad as an extra bed when we had several out-of-town guests. My one complaint with the pad is the valve cover is tight and feels like it’s going to rip when I deflate it. However, after dozens of uses, it’s fine so I assume the quality of the pad lives up to Nemo standards.

Great For This Side Sleeper
I bought this sleeping pad to help with my comfort levels when sleeping on a cot during disaster deployments. It packs up small and inflates easily with plenty of cushion for side sleepers like myself. It is also very warm. I have not used it directly on the ground, but sleeping on this in conjunction with my Riff sleeping bag kept me TOASTY warm all night. I will note this pad is much quieter than competitors like Therm-A-Rest, but there is still a tiny bit of swishing/crinkle noise. If you wear ear plugs it's completely unnoticeable.

Perfect choice!
I looked around for so long to find the perfect sleeping pad. Not only does it keep me warm because of the insulation but how it cradles me in the middle is so awesome! It has a slightly elevated spot where your head goes and it’s nice because it works with a pillow or without.

3 seasons and going strong!
I’ve used this sleeping pad for 3 seasons and it’s still good as new! I’m a side sleeper and I love that I don’t wake up with sore hips in the morning. It also rolls up smaller that other brands we have. Also, the bag that you use to inflate it works way better than the other brands as well.

Gained proportionate comfort w/ adding a few oz's
Been using the old Tensor Insulated for several years and picked this up for a little more luxury on trail. Super quiet, very comfy and overall still stoked on Nemo's gear. As a side sleeper, it definitely provides a bit more support over the old Tensor. Slept well with no issues! Included Vortex pump sack is still the most efficient inflation I've used to date. 4-5 pumps and you're ready to rest.

Good nights sleep for two.
Took this on a 5 day self support kayak trip. Excellent balance of weight to comfort. Both of us are side sleepers and this pad did great. packs small enough for our whitewater boats and is not too heavy. Thanks NEMO

This pad provides a great night of sleep
As a 5’10” side sleeper most pad were not providing a good night of rest. Then along came the Nemo Quasar regular wide sleeping pad. With this pad I can sleep on my side and even roll over and remain fully on the pad. This pad has been a game changer for getting great sleep on trail.
