Native Eyewear proudly presents the Women's La Reina Polarized Sunglasses for all your adventures under the bright, blue sky. Native hooked these stylish sunnies up with N3 lenses for advanced polarization that cuts glare from harsh sunlight. Horrible Native Customer Care

I'm leaving a review on my experience with Native Eyewear's quality of sunglasses and Native Eyewear's direct customer care. These sunglasses are cute, of good quality, and do not slip off the nose (great pros!) I purchased three pairs (in different colors) to try on and I bought directly from Native Eyewear's website. DO NOT DO THIS. I did not like the way the frames fit on my face so I decided to return all three. I had difficulty figuring out Native's online return request system (you need to submit a request to return and fill in all the information yourself on what you purchased.) I finally got "approved" to return my sunglasses and mailed all three back. I received a refund for only one pair. Since these glasses are so expensive, I'm really frustrated that I haven't been refunded the full amount due to me yet. I've tried emailing and calling Native but there is not a customer care center in place. I've been given the run around with Native's accounting department sending me to Luxottica (a parent company?) for customer service but then Luxottica has no information on my order and say they can't help me. In summary, if you buy Native Eyewear do so through a third party, like Backcountry.com! This way if you need to return the sunglasses for any reason you can work with Backcountry instead of Native. I've ordered gear from Backcountry in the past and I've always been satisfied. DO NOT EVER ORDER DIRECTLY FROM NATIVE.
