It's our go-to pot cook system
No matter where we go (Algonquin, Boundry Waters, Wabakimi) we always take this pot system. Super lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. This will be in my bag for years to come.

Reliable and hard wearing
I've used these pans on all of my outdoor adventures for about ten years now. Paired either with a dragon fly out a micro rocket. The sizes are just right for solo luxury or a group of three. They've done everything from water boiling to gourmet camp cookery. Once, they even worked as a back country refrigerator!

Lightweight and lightweight and...
This kit is killing backpacking trip with is lightweight! I used mine also in basecamp in winter camping and mountaineering. The pots are a little bit soft, but this is the down side of titanium. It's the only pots that I use now.

lightweight and tough
I use it for more than 3 years now, in the mountains and on motorcycle offroad trips. Still condition is as new. No dents, the rubber of the lid's handle (which i first was afraid would shrink when getting hot), which prevents you from burning your fingers when opening, also like new. It's a MSR ;-)

Outstanding value and durability
Every time I use the Titan cook set, I am grateful for the lightweight and surprisingly durable equipment that it is. It's frequently the set that's shared around the campfire as other folks struggle to get their meals heated, and it cleans up with little trouble (even after a messy meal). Totally worth the price and is one of the pieces of gear that I would not want to be without!

Light weight and efficient product
The Titan 2 Pot Set is a product for those who look for very light product! The boiling time of water is the same as in my previous low cost aluminium pot. Only Point concern the warming of food, which require constant mixing to prevent burning on the hot point created by the Titan.

Titanium is NOT Aluminum
With TITANIUM you can save some weight as opposed to ALUMINUM. But keep in mind that there's a balance to this. If you're going for a couple of days where you care more about overall weight (alpine style), titanium will be your friend. But if you're on a longer trip or maybe with more people, aluminum will be more efficient so you will save some fuel. This is not a gripe on the product itself but it is an intrinsic property of these two metals.

Titan 2-pot set
I've used this 2 pot set for a couple of years. I love the light weight, but the titanium doesn't conduct the heat very well. I compared the titanium pot to an aluminium of the same size and the aluminium boiled water quicker & the pot stayed hot longer. Once taken away from the heat the titanium pot cooled very quickly. After boiling water in the titanium pot I could hold the underneath of the pot within about 30 seconds. You cant do that with aluminium. Water took longer to boil in the titanium pot than the similar sized aluminium pot. I believe what you save in the weight of the pots - you will need to carry extra gas. The aluminium pots cook faster, weigh a bit more but you will end up using your gas slower. Its a toss up!
