Smart Engineering
The metal teeth on the sides really grip the snow especially going up and down hill. Putting them on or taking them off is not difficult. Having raised rims rather than a second set of crampons in the rear makes them more maneuverable. The plastic bed is very sturdy and seems almost like metal. The design for women allows for easier walking too. I have small bones and a high arch so I wear sturdy hiking boots and thick socks. There is no reason why they would hurt ones feet with proper footwear. Very pleased with them.

Painful Bindings
The traction on these snowshoes is great. They have helped me get up and down some steep, icy slopes. I am giving them a 2 star review because the bindings are very painful. The front binding puts a huge amount of pressure on 2 small spots on the side of the foot, especially going downhill. I wear insulated heavy duty winter hiking boots, I have tried adjusting them to a variety of foot positions and varying levels of tightness, and yet every time I end up with pain, blisters, even bleeding on the outside of my foot/pinky toe.

Easy to use
I received this as a grift for Christmas and wish I would have gotten sooner. Great design and easy to use.

Decent
My only complaint would be the front strap, you are on a learning curve on tightening it so you don't put pressure on your toes.

Terrible design :(
The bindings bruised the top of my feet, no control when going downhill and worst of all, snow accumulated on the insides of the bindings between the plastic rim and the boot. This is an Epic Fail...!
