The bag that does it all
Love this bag! I use this bag as my daily commuter, for going to the crag, for basic ski touring, as a day pack, and as pack for a small overnight (even fit my 10L bear canister in there!). The only thing I have to remember is to completely close the top "brain" portion of the bag to avoid things spilling out when I open the main compartment and flop the brain over... I love the front mesh sleeve that can hide away when not needed - I've used this to strap in my climbing helmet for crag approaches and my ski helmet when skinning. The large grab handles have also been SUPER useful for quick grab and gos. Overall super pleased with this bag - glad I went with the 35L for a little bit more space for versilitily.

Good Day Pack but Design Needs to Include a Hydration Port
The pack is super comfortable to wear and has ample storage and pockets. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because the bag lacks a hydration port that you can snake the hydration bladders hose from inside the pack to the outside. The pack has a separate hydration bladder pocket and a hydration bladder clip but the only way to get to the hose is to thread the hydration hose via the clamshell lid. I don't like to leave the lid partially unzipped, especially if it is raining, so this feels like and obvious oversight.

JMT 35 litre Backpack
Traveling through Finland in September, using this as a 2 to 5 day backpack, It is a rugged yet light ergonomically efficient pack with just the right amount of stretch pockets on the back and side to fit those quick access Items ie: water bottle, toiletries gloves. Perfect size to carry the essentials during this time of the year. It has been pretty water resistant. So far so good.
