The Cloud Bank fights off nipping winds and spraying powder as we slice through our favorite runs. Built with a breathable GORE-TEX membrane and body-mapped insulation, we remain shielded from all that is cold and wet without any of the stifling weight or bulk. We slide the adjustable hood over our helmet for extra coverage on the lift, and open the underarm zippers to cool down after hiking to a secret powder stash.

Zero Stars
Never had a chance to review the actual rescue because: Placed order directly with sales rep at company Promised it was in stock and 2 day delivery and would get it in time for a gift NOT notified it was out of stock Had to call the company and work through phone system to get to an actual person Told it wasn’t in stock and that a supervisor wouldn’t talk directly to me But Was offered a 10$ credit to backcountry DON’T expect to get what you order! And you won’t be notified if it’s unavailable. Supposedly sales people can’t “see” if something’s in stock -which shouldn’t make you feel any better than I did - so they shouldn’t promise and accept money for an order they don’t know will be fillable….. Bad form, Backcountry! Lost a customer and hopefully won’t this warning will help another “customer” make informed order choices.

Perfect in variable weather.
13 year old used it on a 2-day ski trip and says 5 stars. He loved the weatherproof, windproof, and warmth. He utilized the pit vents and the helmet compatible hood and said it was perfect for the variable weather we got.

Good Jacket
Excellent Jacket for the price. Slightly big hood but it is built for use with a helmet so understandable.

Good product
I’ve only used it a couple of times skiing but so far I’m very pleased with it. It fits a little big but that allows for layering, I’m 6’ and 175 lbs and ordered a large

Stitching by the bottom zipper/pocket ripped after 10 days of use (no misuse or accident - just looked down at one point at saw it ripped). Expected more from reputable brand like Mountain Hardwear, been very happy with their Ghost Whisperer jacket. Didn't bother with warranty since it's impractical to use (shipping + 8-10 weeks wait). Will fix it at a local alteration shop and likely compromise the goretex shell.

Couldn't ask for a better snow jacket.
Absolutely amazing. They have thought of everything in this jacket and the light insulation is perfect. Snowboarding all day in below freezing and it was perfect. Has a pocket in the sleeve for your lift pass, hood fits over your helmet, never got any snow in the jacket (and I am a new boarder so I do fall). Super comfortable and love the sleeves have thumbholes to stop them from riding up and snow from entering the sleeves. It has vents that I had open just before I started riding, waiting for the lifts to open up, but closed them once I realized they were open. All this functionality plus it looks great. Stop here and buy it

Great Snowboard/Ski Jacket
Perfect jacket for snowboarding. Provides a good amount of warm for cold days on the lift but also provides excellent venting options. Fit does run on the larger size so as recommended sized down. Build quality is impressive so far.
