Why We Like The Big Cottonwood Short-Sleeve Shirt
We have a soft spot for the Big Cottonwood shirt—partially due to its Wasatch-specific namesake—but mostly thanks to its classic styling and cotton construction. This well balanced shirt is suited for just about any casual activity, whether out for a day hike with your furry companion or heading to a potluck with friends on a summer evening.

Big Cottonwood Shirt
Nice short sleeve shirt acquired on a season ending sale.

Color- ?
More muted in color than the online image. Think ol’man Havana button down.

Perfect fit
I wanted something similar to a "slim fit" shirt, since I hate baggy, body-distorting clothes. This was the perfect fit—snug where it needed to be, but without feeling restrictive. The pattern is great, too.

Short and Sweet
Shirt wears well, the material is slightly abrasive on the skin but not annoyingly so. It just appears to be well constructed and not flexible like I had assumed. Overall a great business, casual, outdoor shirt.

Oversized Fit
I purchased the Big Cottonwood shirt in the Raw Clay Plaid color for summer hiking. Loved the color but the size small was oversized. I'm 5'5", 142 lbs., slim, athletic build. The shoulder seam was about an inch too long, the body width was overly wide and the length about an inch too long. In comparison, I own the Kor Preshell Hoody size small which has a nice trim fit. The material was a nice lightweight cotton which seemed perfect for my needs.
