Comfortable pant
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This pant is very comfortable with lots of pocket. Versatile, good for everyday wear and true to size. I bought the Golden brown colour but the colour is much darker than I saw in the photos. More like a brown and mud colour.

This is my third pair
When in doubt throw on your scrambler pants. Hiking, climbing, backpacking, church (seriously), grocery shopping, playing in the mud, rain and grass these pants will wear through it all. I don’t know how many times I have gotten these so dirty from backpacking that I thought they would be stained forever, nope, everything washes out. Backpacking these wear great. The elastic waist helps keep them in place and not ride up or down from wearing a pack. I love MH because they give your booty some room. I am small but I have a bigger booty from weightlifting which can cause problems finding pants that fit well. The elastic band in the back helps with no crack showing but still sit a bit low on the hips and the flat front makes them look more modern and not granny pants. Can’t say enough how much I love these pants.

Fave camp pants
These are great for travel, camping, and hiking on chilly days or when you want to protect your legs. The cuffs keep the pants out of my way and also look way cuter than traditional hiking pants, and there are a good number of pockets. Plus every color I've tried has been really cute, and they resist dirt pretty well!

Scrambler Pant
Very happy with my purchase of the AP Scrambler pant. Fit is true to size, and they are a very durable material for climbing on rock, though the feel is light and flexible. Cuffed ankle is a great look and fit with climbing and approach shoes. I would recommend this product to others.

Great Pants!
These are so comfortable, I'm a short girl so I appreciate the shorted inseam! with the elastic pant leg the length is still a little long, but overall I know these pants will provide all day comfort for my upcoming backpacking trip!

The Jury is Out
I am not sure of the outcome of these pants. I may return them. I have worn them twice. I like the material and the elastic waist on these pants. I am not sure about the elastic at the bottom of the pant legs. The idea of it is good, yet I am not sure it provides a good function. The design of the pant leg would be why I would return them. It makes a short person look even shorter. LOL.

Nice pants, not the right fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are trying to find some hiking pants for my wife. These seemed great. They fit well in the waist, but were too baggy in the legs for her preference. They seemed like a great quality pant, but we returned them as they weren't the fit she was looking for.

AP Scrambler returning for smaller size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came home from work eagerly, knowing my Scramble awaited. Unwrapped digging the Olive Fade, the sturdy feel of fabric, the enclosed ankles, perfect... but I could tell holding up to my waist, they seemed absolutely gigantic and trying them on only reinforced how humorously large they were on me. I do fluctuate from 12-14 depending on pant cut. So, returning and trying now with size 12. Am hoping ordering smaller will be the start of a beautiful friendship ;0). Sure did like how they felt and the sturdiness of them which is why I do recommend them for others for whom this size would not be an issue.

Best campfire, yard work, hiking pants!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Women's AP Scrambler Pants at an outfitter store in NH without really knowing what I was buying and if they would fit. I liked the color (shark), material, pockets and the size (6/28) looked like it should fit since most of my pants are a petite (28 in.) inseam. I loved these pants from the moment I put them on. I can bend, twist and stretch without them falling down or creeping up on me. The fabric doesn't rip or snag when I brush up against thorny bushes, like roses and raspberries. Pockets are important features to me and the pockets on these pants are deep and roomy; items do not easily fall out unexpectedly. I went back to the store to see if they had anymore but they did not, so I was thrilled when I found them online and bought two more (badlands, green fade). I love the elastic at the bottom of each leg... they prevent creepy crawly things from going up the inside of my pant leg when sitting around the campfire at night or doing yard work. Belt loops would be a "nice to have" feature, but not having them is not enough for me to reduce my rating. Being a "petite" size (5 ft., 1 in.), it was so nice to find pants that actually fit me off-the-rack (or out-of-the-box). I would buy the "deep lichen" color, too, if it was available in my size.
