Excellent

High quality soft shell jacket, probably about the best on the market. All gore-Tex infinium, which is a little more robust than the older gore-Tex windstopper. Some competitors skimp on materials and put cheaper fabric in the body. Nice length, a little longer in the back to cover your rear. Two big hand/storage pockets, left-side outside chest pocket, small right-side interior pocket. Well shaped hood with lots of adjustments. Has pitzips too. Heavy duty DWR finish, beading water right off. Mountain Equipment runs trim and a little small, so XL for 6’ 185 lbs fits just right with room to layer. Only thing I don’t like is made in mainland China, but is well put together.
