Trail Glove 7 for the win
I've owned the last 4 models of the Trail Glove & these are almost my favorite. The 6's were awful (too small, too tight), the 7's are much closer to the 4 & 5 with a few exceptions. I size up to a 6.5 in running shoes, these fit more like a 6. However, the longer I wear them, the more they fit true to size. They're comfy on & off the trail. The bottom has a different textured pattern, excited to see how they handle in the wet! Thanks Merrell for bringing back the feel of the 4 & 5 Trail Glove!

Barefoot is the best!!!
I loved going barefoot my entire life! I am now 86 and have never found a shoe I felt more comfortable wearing. I have had arthroplasty on both hips and am still able to run short distances in total comfort. These shoes help me feel in touch with the ground eliminating any fear of tripping or falling. I wear them everywhere.

Sporty, light, and durable.
This surprisingly lieght weight shoe has alot more durability than anticipated. I purchased this for light, sporty alternative to tennis shoe style, and for kayaking in the summer. I have worn them out and about in various settings, the Vibram sole provides good grip and support, they are super comfy.

Great replacement for my old Trail Gloves
So far so good! I bought these to replace a similar pair from many years ago and they are comfortable out of the box and true to size (I wear an 8 in most brands and the 8 fits). I’m keeping the old ones for canoe trips as they are still handy as a secure and relatively quick draining/drying shoe for summer adventures, but it’s nice to have a new pair with plenty of grip! Overall, seamless transition from old to new. Love my new shoes!

Love this shoe
I've had this shoe for several months, after purchasing a "barefoot" shoe with absolutely zero support. This was a welcomed relief--no pain on any surface my feet hit. In my experience they do not run true-to-size. . . I wear a 10 and should have ordered an 11 so the length would have been more appropriate. Currently no room for a sock in the size I normally wear. Will order a size up with my next pair!

The Trail Glove 7 is a Leader Among Trail Runners
I have mostly loved the entire Trail Runner series. (Minus the 6, what were you thinking?! Don't get me started!) The 7 is no exception! I love the fit and feel of this style, and feel like it's one of the best soles they have had on a Trail Glove. It has a feel of a mix between the 4 & 5! After having a gorgeous green pair of these, I couldn't decide on a new/second color. Though I hate to admit it, the Celery are right up my alley! It was brighter than other items with the celery color (more highlighter yellow than the subdued, pale yellow-green) that I've seen from Merrell, but that's what made me love it more! The opposing color is between a Merrell Burlwood and a Merrell Antelope. It's a great contrast! If you love the Trail Glove series, then these will be no exception!

Too Narrow for a Barefoot Shoe
I bought these because I love my pair of Trail Glove 4s, but they were starting to look a little too worn. These are made well but they are a lot more narrow. I thought maybe they just needed to stretch out but after wearing for a while, they are still pretty tight for a barefoot shoe. My old pair felt like I was wearing nothing, these I can feel and I even have some foot pain if I wear them for a couple of hours. They will likely be my last pair of Trail Gloves.
