Frost Shoe

Mavic’s Frost Shoe lets you power through harsh winter rides with comfort, flexibility, and total coverage. The Frost features the Energy Composite Outsole, the same light, stiff outsole that Mavic uses on its entry-level race shoes. In addition, the Frost uses the Ergo Fit 2D insole, which offers arch support and a high-density heel cradle to secure your foot. For the uppers, Mavic uses a synthetic leather with a waterproof Gore-Tex membrane. The Frost has a neoprene ankle gusset that is water-resistant and flexible, to keep you dry and comfortable while you pedal. And to ensure that you don’t overheat, Mavic includes a few mesh inserts to let your feet breathe. The Frost Shoe uses an easy to operate ratcheting buckle system that let’s you dial in the perfect fit, even when you’re wearing those thick winter gloves.
