Speed Light Jacket - Women's

When conditions get more extreme and consequences become more serious, your gear takes on a whole new level of importance. That's why Marmot designed the Speed Light Women's Jacket to provide lightweight but expedition-caliber weather protection during alpine climbs and fast ascents. It's made of feather-light nylon ripstop, outfitted with a fully waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Pro waterproof and breathable membrane to keep out the heaviest rains and burliest storms, with low-bulk micro-stitched seams that have been fully taped for top-of-the-line waterproofing. All the zippers, from the pockets to the underarm vents, are water-resistant, and the helmet-compatible Gale Force hood and hem drawcord seal you up tight against the storm. Marmot also designed the Speed Light with Angel Wing ergonomic movement to make climbing and hiking easy and comfortable, and kept the cut athletic to minimize bunching without sacrificing coverage.
