Good tent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent little tent for 2 people. I like the flap in front that doubles as shade or rain shelter.

Perfect for motocamping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for motocamping and it's the absolute perfect size. It packs up small enough to fit with all my gear on my motorcycle. Lightweight and easy to pitch, once you initially figure it out. The instructions aren't the most detailed, so it initially took a little longer the first time I set it up. Highly recommend trying to put it up once before you actually use it so you're not fighting for time as the sun is going down. The space inside is bigger than I expected plus the extra space with the awning. Super easy to keep everything dry.

Terrible quality / inaccurate description
Before even using this tent I was extremely disappointed. I set up in my backyard to make sure I had all pieces for my trip. I was disappointed to find out that the owning does not freestanding as shown on website /in instructions that come with tent. After contacting Marmot they confirmed this is true, it is not an accurate description. After using the tent without the owning, we woke up with water dripping on us and it didn't rain. This was strictly due to condensation. This tent is useless and terrible quality. I would not reccomend.

Great 3 Season Tent for the Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tent as a light weight and simple replacement for an old style tent. If you are really into bundling up you could make it a 4 season tent but make sure you get a serious footprint and an extra rainfly as condensation starts to saturate the built in fly. The tent is spacious, two people have a good 6 inches of space in between each other for room to flop around throughout the night. A great feature is the front flap that converts into a cool front awning to watch the word from the inside of your tent while staying nice and dry. It is also the perfect space for dirty gear and to have your boots waiting to hop into in the morning. The only qualm I have is related to setting up the tent. The front two awning poles have to be finessed into place to keep the flap open without tying it off (these are optional, the tent is supported by stakes and the main horizontal pole). Definitely bring extra paracord to tie it off to trees if possible to make it sturdier.

What I expected and well made.
Bought last year for deer hunting solo. Snowed immediately, woke to 4" on tent. Yes, well vented at end, but proper staking can eliminate that gap. Very roomy and I loved it. Had a low chair inside and was able to cook. Not freestanding so stake out well first. Fantastic summer or warm-moderate weather tent and just fine in the snow, rain, hail and cold if you're thick skinned. I love the design too.

Awesome quality and extremely durable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tent a little while back, and wow do I love it! It packs down small, is easy to set up, and couldn't have been any easier to clean. I was so impressed by it that It's become my one and only go-to tent for all my hiking trips, which are plentiful. Overall the features blow away the competition, and I love how rugged and durable it is!

Mantis 2 Person Tent
Not at all what I expected. Who wants a tent that only stands with the stakes in? Not to mention, with the weakest stakes possible? I had this tent taught as much as I could and it still looked like a floppy mess on the outside. Also, the awning that only stands with extra chord is just the cherry on top of this poorly designed tent. I love Marmot and was so shocked when I put this tent up to see such a ridiculous design.
