I wanted a waterproof, carry-on-sized duffel for 2-4 day trips and this delivers. What I like most is that the waterproof material isn't as cold, clammy, and crease-able as competing bags that use PVC. The removable backpack straps are great! Brilliant, simplistic design that leaves no real evidence of their presence when gone. The loop used to secure them is unobtrusive and can be repurposed to hold other things. The bag looks good, is comfortable to wear as a backpack, and is not so big that it brushes your leg too much when carried like a suitcase. The pouch it comes in can be used as a packing cube, and there are suitcase-like compression straps attached to the bottom. The top has a shallow interior mesh bag and the single-end pouch has a small mesh bag for passports, papers, etc., and also includes a key hanger. The only downside is that it is a tad smaller than I would like, and is nowhere NEAR the 35 L advertised. The manufacturer's tag (see photo) states that the dimensions are 25 x 48 x 24 cm, which yields 28.8 L. This is probably true as it barely holds more than my previous 26 L bag. I measured it after stuffing it full and it was about 20" long, 9.5" tall, and 8.5" wide. You really can't get a 9" long toiletry bag in the end pouch. If you want to get away for 5 days and pack extra shoes, you'll be straining things!

Perfect size, perfect storage, very versatile!

I'm traveling through the West and weather is subject to change hour to hour. I have used it on hikes to take layer and necessities. Absolutely perfect. Small, but big on value and has extra pockets for easy to grab items. The best bag I've purchased in a long time.

Better than the Patagonia Black Holes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have a Patagonia Black Hole Duffel, and I much prefer the marmot Duffels over theirs. Mainly, the ability to use the amazing pockets for organizing. It makes a huge difference to have separate compartments in a duffel so you don't have to dump it all out to find your socks or underwear. Highly recommend

Bullet proof and well designed

Size small is a perfect clothing/gear stowaway for 2-4 day long trips or weekend camping. Its built extremely well and has a couple of functional compartments that I use to store toiletries.

Great travel bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bag for travel. Very durable, small enough to be a "personal item" on a plane but still holds a weekend of clothes. Love the handle that doubles as backpack straps, but wish it had a traditional duffle bag strap option as well.

Awesome Travel Bag

Great travel bag for a short trips or to use as an overnight bag. It can easily fit a pair of shoes and several sets of clothes with room to spare of other stuff. Highly recommended
