Straight Forward Rake
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- 50”
The rake bolted on quickly and cleanly. Installed the 50” wide version onto a 2013 Subaru Impreza with with factory roof rails. All parts listed were provided. If a wider version is used and cross bar extend past the foot ~4” you will need to use a longer (not provided) allen to adjust the clamp. I am giving four stars cause my kit came with one 3/16” allen bolt clamp adjustor while the other three are ~1/4.” The rubber at the clamp portion can fall out of position prior to install, I was able to pull them back into the grooves in the molded plastic feet where they are supposed to go. We’ll see how well the rubber hold up outside. The aero shape is nice and I’ll see how much wind noise they produce. Overall I like the look and specs of the rack.
