Wrapped in a brushed black stainless steel housing with a sapphire crystal glass face, the Valjoux 7750 chronograph ticks away flight time with military precision, so there's never any uncertainty about when 0100 actually is. Of course, the SR-71 can't account for the effects of relativity when you're moving at triple the speed of sound, but it does boast a green and ice-blue glow that lasts for 25 years, so even if you're lost in the dark wrinkles of the space-time continuum, you'll know what time it is back at Vandenberg AFB.
