Solid charger on the go
Solid battery with some neat features: Pros: a nice non-slip grip to it. I’m a big fan! Cons: a bit hefty to carry around it in a pocket. A good go to option with wireless charging. Happy I picked these up!

Arrived used. Twice
I ordered this and the unit arrived scuffed up and clearly used. Backcountry was great and set up a replacement. The replacement arrived in similar condition as the first, scuffed and dusty. At this point, I'm just going to keep it and hope that the issues are strictly cosmetic and that the battery life hasn't been negatively impacted. The image below is directly out of the box at arrival.

Great customer service
As a portable power source, this bank worked perfectly, nice rugged case too. But after a year or so, I had to charge a phone wirelessly and that feature didn't work. I called the company and they sent me out a replacement in no time, and hassle free. Five stars for great customer service and for the company taking care of this issue honorably.

Love my Cascade!
Love the features on the Cascade charger! From the wireless charging with the band to secure my phone to the speed at which is charges, it's my go-to portable power bank! I highly recommend it!

Adventure Ready Power Source
I’ve owned a handful of power banks in a variety of different sizes, styles and levels of quality. It is hard to know whether you are getting quality battery components rather than cheap, corner-cutting materials until you have used the power bank for an extended time. I’ve been burned numerous times with ones that either didn’t provide the amount of charging they claimed or they simply died long before they should have. The Cascade is a premium quality power bank and has performed reliably. Many power banks won’t let you charge out from the same port that you use to charge the power bank, but the Cascade’s USB-C can be used for input and output. I love the wireless charger and it is very forgiving in terms of proximity so any Qi wireless enabled device should charge without any issue. The pass through charging lets me quickly charge my phone while also recharging the power bank. The band lets me charge wirelessly while also surfing, texting or reading emails with one hand. The band also lets me toss my phone in my bag with confidence that it will continue to securely charge. I have done the same thing with other power banks and ended up breaking my cables in the process. The Cascade is the only IP65 rated (water-resistant) power bank that I could find and the reinforced case has protected it when I have dropped it on concrete. Solidly built, and very good quality.

I HAVE THE POWER!!!
I got this product a few weeks back and was finally able to use it recently and fell in love. I have had multi portable chargers over the year but never one built like this. I can take this one inside or outside and its slim design does not take up a ton of space. This powerbank is top notch and something I will carry with me for a long time.
