Just right!

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:: 9W 40.5

When I moved recently , I thought I had lost my sportivas. Found these on sale and snapped them up. I like the color and the fit better than the other ones. I ended up finding my old ones. Think I’ll wear these instead.

Run large!!

Familiarity:: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I ordered these online initially in my usual shoe size (Euro 42), but when I received them, found that they were huge on my feet! I had about 1-1.5" of extra space between my toes and the end of the shoe. I went to try on the shoes in person so I could exchange them for the correct size. I ended up exchanging for a pair that were 2.5 sizes lower than my usual shoe size (Euro 39.5). If you're able to try these on in person before buying, do it! I was also told by an associate that they have a tendency to loosen up and stretch to about a half size larger with use. They seem like great shoes so far now that I have the correct size!

Note* I did not use these to climb in. I wanted to leave a review to help those looking for the right size when ordering. I consistently wear a size 8 in women's and ordered a 8.5. So order a half a size up. They fit fine but the heel area hugged my heel a little too much and sat a little higher than other shoes I tried. I know if I kept them they would have likely rubbed my heels and left them blistered.
