Though lightweight and takes up very little room inside my pack it is too small for my 5'11" frame and is very noisy to sleep on. When I roll around and air moves in the baffles it makes a horrible squeaking sound.

Flat out.....well flat

Valve would not seal and leaked. Played with it all night long flipping, twisting , holding, even googled advice from the mountain to no avail. Next day descended and purchased another exact pad and had the same problem. Unreliable one way valve. Had no sleeping pad for a weeks expedition. won't be giving the chance for a third strike.

ASTM R Value

I have 3 Klymit sleeping pads, 2 of the pads claim to be insulated to an R Value of 4.4. Recently the ASTM rating has changed these pads to an R Value of 1.9. It appears I have been deceived about how well insulated these pads really are.

Great Customer Support But Poor Product Execution - 2x Mat Failures

Having owned two of these sleeping pads, one being replaced by Klymit at no great hassle I should be in a position to recommend this pad - but unfortunately I am not. It is always such a downer when gear fails through no fault of your own, especially when you care for it well. The first pad sprung a leak at one of the heat treated seam as it slowly seperated over time. This mat was replaced at no hassle or cost to me. But, around this exact time my second Klymit mat (exactly the same line, purchased at the time as the other one) started leaking from the valve. I am not going to bother getting this one replaced as I am exasperated by this point and disheartened that this product has such obvious issues that cause failer in the field when they are required most. I understand most lightweight mats of many of the best brands experience very similar issues, I am at a loss as to how to proceed!

Very light and quite comfortable, would like a little longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a year now. Super comfortable. Comes up a little small for a tall person, but this can be solved if you also have the seat, which makes a great foot extension :-)

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this sleeping pad. Doesn’t feel like sleeping on a waterbed like so many other air pads. It feels both soft and supportive. So far have used it two nights on granite and was very comfortable.

Properly Seal the Nozzle

As a side-sleeper, I found this sleeping pad is very comfortable. My only issue with it is the inflate/deflate hole. I like how it flips around and makes it very easy to inflate (took me about 8-9 breaths) and deflate really quickly. But when inflating, make sure the flippable nozzle is sealed tight. My first night it kept deflating since it was not locked in, but once I made sure it was set and locked, it did not deflate at all.

Not actually insulated

Fine for a summer pad, but completely fails to insulate in shoulder season. I wish I had waited to see the ATSM standard R values before purchasing a sleeping pad.
