The comfortable and dependable KEEN Durand Evo Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot has been updated with new materials for a lighter, more flexible feel. As usual, KEEN's Famous Comfort Fit features extra room in the forefoot and toe box to let our toes spread out while the boot's stability shank and PU soles support our feet and arches. Now, however, the Durand has been updated with new synthetic mesh uppers that trim some weight and new flex technology that makes the boots bend more with each step. With mid-cut ankle support and a proprietary membrane for waterproof and breathable protection, the Durand keeps our feet happy in a hiking boot that's made in the USA.

I recently wore out my
I recently wore out my last pair of Keens after several years of comfort on the job. I decided to try a different model of Keen and so far I’m as pleased with this pair as the last. I also pleased that the only Keens I wear are made in the USA.

Excellent boot
Very comfortable, broke in after 15 miles. I have found my new Keen! I've had 2 other pair of Keen boots and these fit the best! Hoping I get at least 500 miles out of them! Thank you Keen!

Very happy
Out of the box comfortable, and very easy to break in. The flex zone in the toe box area works very well when kneeling during jobs. Does not have good ladder rung support at all but they are a hiker so all in all a excellent all day on your feet work boot.

Supportive boot
The Keen boot is not only comfortable in uneven terrain, it is also supportive. Good fitting and excellent ankle support.

You get what you pay for and this boot feels like a $200 boot. All Keen products are well built, but this one feels exceptional. Keens fit a little wider than other brands. If you have a narrow foot, I do not recommend. I'm not sure this boot will fare well in hot weather. The upper is thick and almost seems insulated.

Great boots! I worked in
Great boots! I worked in the rain today and the boots kept my feet nice and dry! The boots are also very comfortable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic Boots
These are my first Keens, I have never owned a boot work/hiking or otherwise that was comfortable right out of the box, I expected a typical break-in period, but was pleasantly surprised by these boots, I have worn them on several 5-10 mile hikes, some of which were extremely wet hikes and my feet were very comfortable and more importantly dry. I hope their work boots can live up to the quality of their hiking boots.

Durrand Evo
I've had the Durrand Evo boots for a year, I wear them daily. I'm extremely happy with them, great support, lightweight, durable and comfortable. The rubber gusset above the toe box is amazing. It prevents pinching down on top of your toes joints. I have arthritis in my big toe joint and the gusset alleviates pressure. It also requires less energy to flex the boot than leather meaning longer hikes. Showing no signs of separation from the sole. Just purchased my 3rd pair, (2nd pair was 1/2 size larger for hiking socks). Awsome boots!

Built Different
These boots have been great for the 2+ years I have owned them. I am often putting them through their paces during work. I'm in and out of crawlspaces, job sights, constantly kneeling, climbing into old attic spaces, on roofs, always on the move, four seasons; and they have not failed me yet. I love the waterproofing of these boots. I sink them in mud and just go over to a hose and wash them off, and they keep my feet super dry. Still comfortable since day one. The only damage that I have experienced is my dog chewing up the shoe string, and I still use them as is. Very well built. I will definitely buy Keen again.
