my current "treat your self" go-to
Lets be honest, I've wanted these for years, and I finally treated myselft when these were on extra discount. I utilize these 3-4x/week and they have been amazing for recovery. I am an avid long distance runner and cyclist as well as gym girly. These help me recover quick so I can get to the next activity. Honestly, even after a hard leg day, or long run, I'm telling you, pop these on for 30 minutes while I read, and the next day I feel WAY more refreshed and ready to take on the next adventure.

Great leg refresher
I used this for the first time at a tournament. It felt so good that I decided to get my own for home use. My legs swell up constantly at the end of the day and feel so uncomfortably tight despite walking and moving legs. This product helps to ease the swelling and help with the circulation so that I feel much better when I am finished. My legs feel so much lighter when I get off the unit. It also helps me relax before going to bed.

Great quality product
Such a quality product. Built to last. I love mine. I’m a 45yr old female former athlete and coach. I also have an autoimmune disease. Lots of inflammation. These are great before and after exercise. I use them a lot when I’m having a flare up. My legs feel revived. Thank you.

I was sceptical at first, but I must say I love this thing. After a big run I use this for an hour and my legs feel nice and fresh. Usually my legs feel heavy for a day or two.

Great recovery! Use it all the time!
We were a bit skeptical these would deliver meaningful recovery, but they have well exceeded expectations. We use these after workouts, playing sports, or long runs and the feeling after using these is great. It's a quick recovery and ability to keep going. Very surprised how big of an impact these have had on feeling recovered and ability to stay active. Highly recommend.
