Not Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a faulty 16 oz tumbler. I wanted another of the same , but was told it couldn't be replaced. This flask is too tall and I dont. like the lid at all. I can't even put a straw through the opening. I wouldn't recommend this style at all.

New lid is great!

Great bottle, but lid not so simple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the metal bottle, but am not pleased with the lid. I have older Hydro Flasks with the flip-and-sip style lids. Unfortunately that lid is no longer for sale. The new lid, while insulated, is harder to clean. It is difficult for arthritic hands to take apart and put back together. Please bring the simple flip style lid back, even as an optional accessory.

Not the color I was expecting.
I love your products , I had order many flaks from you , even customized. But I was disappointed with this one , it wasn’t the color I was expecting, on the website look more orange that’s why I ordered it. And then I try contacting you by email but the email was always declined.

Both parts of lid turn

It says in the description that the 16oz is suitable for use with a small drink in a drive through, but typically mediums are 14oz max, sometimes even smaller, any reason for this ? I want the 16oz but typically I like to order a medium sized coffee
