Zephrus AWS Fly Rod - 4-Piece

The Hardy Zephrus AWS Fly Rod is finely tuned to perform whether you're chasing steelhead on the Skeena and stripping for Redfish along the Gulf Coast. Made with Hardy's proprietary Sintrix blank, the Zephrus gets its lightweight, fast-action feel through a top-secret blend of high modulus carbon fiber and silica nano spheres, resulting in a rod that's both 60% stronger in terms of compressive strength and 30% lighter than the Hardy's award wining Zenith rod, of which the Zephrus is replacing in Hardy's impressive lineup. The AWS (all water series) version of the Zephrus comes with a full wells 4A grade cork handle with triaxial carbon spacers to resist corrosion in saltwater environments and is fitted with an extended handle with fighting butt for added leverage on large fish. The rod comes with a stout aluminum tube with custom engraved metal end caps.
