Comfortable boots, but not durable.
After 1,5 years completely finished. Upper leather cracked and gore tex gone in less than a year of normal use and good care. Warranty submitted for new pair of boots (I chose Banks gtx).

11.5, true to size. Excellent craftsmanship. Sturdy outsole, with deep aggressive lugs. I got these on sale but would absolutely pay full price. Another nice thing is that the insole actually isn't garbage. It's nice with decent cushion although not much arch support so may not work for your particular foot type (for reference I use mid to low arch supports). Too boxes not overly generous but not very narrow like a typical pair of Salewa's (Salewa's and Aku's are my favorites brands typically). TLDR; I'm a fan.

My 7 year old Keens could be shoe gooed no more, so I ordered four pairs of boots to try on and these were the winner. I have not trail tested them yet, so I will follow up when I have put them to the test and I really hope that my first impression of these boots holds. From my heel through to my arch the boot fits like a glove but then the boot opens up in the toe box giving just the right amount of space. After long hikes in my Keens, I sometimes lost toenails, but these boots feels like they have the support and space to avoid that problem. I'll let you know...
