Good, not great
Bought recently. The extra length on the hip belt (not just the straps) is great, but I wish they made a S/M and M/L. This bag is too small for tall torsos (I'm 6'4 and it feels short). The shoulder straps are a bit flimsy and the "aeromesh" or whatever they're calling it does not separate your back from the bag nearly as well as some alternate name brands. Overall it's good, but could be better particularly for the price (include a rainfly!).

Good Potential - But Some Obvious Misses
First - the positives. In terms of the body sizing, specifically the hip belt and shoulder straps, absolutely nailed that aspect. The pack is comfortable and well-fitted to a larger torso like mine. Build quality, materials/workmanship etc. are all satisfactory, as you'd expect from Gregory. I understand it is a conventional day pack, not necessarily a purpose-built MTB hydro which is what I purchased it for. Notwithstanding that, pockets/storage are just a bit sparse and limited compared to what I'd consider ideal - comparing it, for example, to an Endo 15 or something like that (which I also own). I have two main complaints with the pack. First, torso length is not adjustable. The Endo and other Gregory packs have an adjustable hip belt that you can shorten or lengthen. I have a very long torso, so many "one size fits all" packs don't work for me. The hip belt rides way too high. On this Citro, it is big enough overall that I can get the hip belt more or less where it needs to be by angling it down slightly towards the front. But being able to lengthen the pack an inch or two and really dial in that fit would be awesome. My second complaint, which in my mind is really unforgivable and is the main reason I rated the pack so low (2 stars), is the hydration tube. Seriously people! Many customers have complained about this and Gregory still hasn't fixed it. The tube they provide is WAY, WAY TOO SHORT!!! Even for a standard size pack the extension is barely long enough to fit a small to average size person. But on a so-called "plus size" pack, to provide such an incredibly short tube is just stupid. Sorry, but that's my assessment. I had to pirate a longer tube from another pack and MacGyver my own extension long enough to go through the right side shoulder strap guides, cross my chest, and clip into the magnet on the left shoulder strap. I needed at least 8 INCHES more tubing to make it barely long enough to do that, almost a foot in fact. R&D, Sales, Marketing....surely there must be somebody at Gregory who gives a s**t about intelligently designed products and could fix this instantly. DO BETTER GREGORY! If it weren't for the short tube issue, and to a lesser extent the hip belt torso length adjustment issue, this would be a 5 star pack all day long.

Great big guy day pack!
Pack figs great on me 6’4” 265lb, I have a long torso and had struggled with packs sitting very high on my back. This fits great with plenty of room to carry everything needed on the trail.

Amazing Comfort!
I've gotten used to having pain in my neck and shoulders after a long hike, but never considered that my broad chest had anything to do with it. I have an assortment of backpacks from different companies, in different capacities, and the pain is always the same no matter how efficiently they're packed. I wasn't in the market for a new one, but I found out Gregory had a line of plus size bags that claimed to address this issue. I decided to treat myself and I sure am glad I did! I could tell the difference right out of the box, but the true test would come with my next winter hike up Mt. Washington. Carrying just under 15 lbs. and wearing my coat, it was like I didn't have anything on my back. When I finished, I had NO neck or shoulder pain. As for features, it had just the right amount of space for my emergency gear, water, and layers. The ice axe loop and stay are great, and the waist belt pouches were easier to access thanks to being slightly more forward than those on my other packs. Shortly thereafter I ordered the Arrio Plus Size for use in the summer. I'll give that one its own review. I'm 5'10 and, at that time, was 285lbs. I'm down to 235 now and the pack still fits amazingly.

Great Pack
I work in the field as an arborist doing tree inventories in all types of environments and weather. This pack has made a difference from day one. First pack that fits me as a bigger guy. My shoulders and neck no longer hurt. If you’re on the fence buy it.

Great Day Pack
I bought this item for Scout summer camp and it didn't disappoint. The included bladder was a bonus. I am a larger guy at 6'3 and around 290. The straps fit great, even the chest strap that on most packs are around my neck.

Grateful for a product designed for my body type
As a fat person it's super hard to find outdoor gear that works with my body. I had been using a hydration pack that was too small for me for over 5 years. Investing in this bag has been such a blessing. My lower back is very happy with the way that the weight is distributed. I barely felt the bag on me. I am extremely grateful to have a product that is designed with my body type in mind.

Quality product that fits great.
It fits me perfectly. I needed the longer shoulder straps for a proper fit. This is the perfect backpack for day hikes. Gregory is amazing. My other backpack is a Gregory Baltoro 75L. They are quality products that hold up well to many miles on the trail. They have great features as well.

Easily the best day pack I've ever used.
Ordered Sunday, received Thursday, test hike Friday. I am a large fella. 5'11 300lbs, broad shoulders broad chest. This plus sized pack is easily the most comfortable pack I've ever used. The waste belt is so large that I could easily wear a hoodie and a coat and still have room. The shoulder straps fit perfectly. I love the contoured shape. I would very highly recommend this to any other large sized fella struggling to find a day pack that fits well.

What size is the waist webbing to purchase an extension for the belt? I see there are 3/4", 1" and 1 1/2" webbing extension options.

Can this be used by women?. I’m 5ft 10 ish and have no access to the Juno but need the plus size for my wide hips. Would that be suitable? I’m in Australia and it’s hard to get these here and there are no other companies that do plus sized. Thanks. :)
