Windstopper Thermo Glove

The last thing you need on a winter ride is for your fingers to go numb—rendering you unable to work your shifters or brakes. Wear the Gore Wear Windstopper Thermo Glove, and protect your hands from the chafing nature of wind gusts and the chill of the air. The Gore Windstopper membrane prevents wind from stealing your hard-earned body heat, and the glove has synthetic insulation to keep heat in, even in damp weather. The gloves feature silicone prints in important areas, so you don't have to worry about your hands slipping off your bars or inaccurately controlling your brakes.

Good down to about 50 degrees

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought these for very cold (by California standards) rides. Just tried this morning during a 7 mile ride in 40 degree dry weather averaging 18 MPH on my ebike - about 40 min. By the end of the ride my fingers were feeling very cold and starting to get prickly, not quite numb. That was a fairly short ride and doable with these gloves, but I would probably use them for temps down to 50 or choose a heavier glove for longer rides.

Warm hands for cold weather cycling

2 bicycle rides so far with these gloves - both times in the 30's (F) with wind chill probably in the 20's. Hands stayed warm for hours. I highly recommend for cold weather cycling. Touch screen feature is not bad, but not 100%. I've only tested it when 'at home', don't usually use screens when on the bike.
